Cindy Vancil-Haxel

Cindy Vancil-Haxel is the owner and director of Vancil Performing Arts Center, serving the Quincy community since 1979. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where students of all ages and abilities receive personalized instruction in dance, music, and performance while building skills, confidence, and creativity.
